Volkswagen Group China, Automatic Transmission Dalian (ATD) wants to recruit CDTF students

A Bachelor's or Master's degree from Paderborn University in mechanical engineering and their good German language skills are the best prerequisites for CDTF students to start a career at Volkswagen in China. Niu Chunjie, her colleagues Jens Wick and Hong Yu (photo 3rd, 4th from the right and 4th from the left) of the recruiting team Volkswagen Automatic Transmission in Dalian (VW ATD) presented the factory and entry-level career opportunities in both Chinese and German.

There is an increased demand in the short and medium term in Chinese engineers with good German language skills because the VW subsidiary is presently preparing the production of newly developed hybrid transmissions and electrical motors. Following the presentation, the participating CDTF students had the chance to ask questions, thus demonstrating their communication competency. In addition, several students used the opportunity to talk with HR managers and get advice on a potential career with the VW corporation in Dalian.
